SynTrackTM comes equipped with a suite of powerful dashboards tailored to provide the most insightful view of project data. Dashboards are customized to suit the reporting needs across different disciplines (schedule, cost, finance etc.) with a focus on reporting variances, recognizing causalities, monitoring interfacing elements and forecasting project progress. The viewer is offered complete autonomy to place filters and drill down on the visualizations to view the health of the project at each level.  The reporting system covers:

  • Monitoring of project wide activities, particularly for key activities, interfacing dates, and access dates.
  • Analyzing variation status.
  • Monitoring status of approvals.
  • Monitoring risks and risk triggers.
  • Impacts on baseline schedule and budget.

SynTrackTM ‘s central monitoring dashboard integrates data from across disciplines and site locations to offer comprehensive project monitoring abilities. The entire project space is geo-coded and displayed on a map for an overall view of the entire project’s progress.

SynTrackTM is backed by a secure central database that houses project data collected from all participating stakeholders. The data is processed to identify correlations between variances and trends before being queried by the dashboard visualizations.

Data Input Portal/App

Contractual obligations of reporting and conformance are all part of SynTrackTM ’s initial set up and are fulfilled via its data collection system. Contractors and Consultants can update the system with their progress, baselines, and other communications through an access-controlled data collection system available as a web portal and a mobile app. The system also provides the Contractors with a detailed program analysis report that delineates the timeline, interfaces, and obligations they must adhere to.
