Client: Parsons Brinckerhoff International LLC, Taiwan Branch (WSP)

Scope: Review/revise the SES for CM phase, Lead the PMO to develop the organization chart for CM phase, Develop the workflow internally & externally for PMO, Identify the roles & responsibility matrix for PMO, Recommend the best fit working model for future delivery in CM phase, Hold meeting with the  PMO to identify the key issues and recomment the solutions
